July 29th marks a very special day, a day to remind us of how vital our decisions must be in order to help prevent the extinction of our tigers in many different places of the world.
I couldn’t imagine a world without these beautiful cats, our actions and efforts must be stronger than ever if we are too help in any way to help save this species, start doing your research into how you can start helping on a daily basis.
One way to start helping the Sumatran tigers is to look at the packaging of various foods in supermarkets, looking for sustainable palm oil products will help aid in funding the conservation efforts of increasing numbers in the wild.
This post goes out to the amazing conservation efforts from around the world, there are some truly amazing people dedicating there lives to making a difference, these people are often the ones who are in disguise, raising awareness for these animals is such a vital part to our world and ecosystem.

I commemorate this post to the beautiful Sumatran tigers at Taronga Zoo, who I have been very lucky to spend so much time with, these encounters have changed the way I see the world, every encounter I have had has shaped and paved my photography into the direction I am on now, chasing that shot that would help people realise the importance of having this species in the wild is something that I strive for.
